Job Description
Wright Media is currently seeking dedicated Yard Jockeys to join our team. As a Yard Jockey, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our yard, ensuring the timely movement of trailers and containers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate yard trucks to move trailers within the facility.
- Ensure the safe and efficient flow of inbound and outbound yard traffic.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize trailer movements.
- Maintain accurate records of trailer locations and movements.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Live within 40 miles of Woodlawn, OH, with reliable transportation.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of yard experience in the last 36 months.
- Valid Class A CDL with specified experience for CDL holders.
