Job Description

Bayview Building Materials is currently seeking a Yard Operations team member to assist customers with yard materials at our store location. The role involves loading, unloading, and stocking materials in the lumber yard and warehouse, while maintaining a safe work environment.

Outcomes for Success

• Greet and assist customers with loading materials safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales and yard team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Check and load materials accurately based on invoices.
• Develop knowledge of products to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Operate forklifts and light trucks safely and report any incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job.
• Preferred 1-3 months of experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
