Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and managing stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability to change.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
