We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring warehouse organization and cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
