1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will work cooperatively with your peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and warehouse appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.
