Job Description
Aldi is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team for the 1st Shift. This position offers competitive starting wages of $18.50 - $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock to fulfill store orders, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
Job Qualifications

Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and cold environments.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
