As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
