Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring proper shipment preparation in the warehouse. This position requires attention to detail, collaboration with team members, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Inspect product quality, report safety concerns, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and work independently or in a team environment.
