1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution abilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, standing, bending, and operating equipment. Ability to work in varying temperatures.
