Job Description

We are seeking a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient selection, organization, and delivery of products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you'll receive thorough training and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in execution.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
