1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join their team. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour. The selected candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Act independently within the delegated responsibilities.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and preparing for deliveries.
• Various physical activities within the warehouse environment.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
