1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team members play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and starts at $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, report safety concerns, and contribute to process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
