Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by strategically loading and unloading merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
