1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing warehouse operations at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our team members work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to ensure success.

Position Type

• Part-Time role
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Capable of operating powered industrial equipment.
