Job description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and assist with inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, stand, and walk.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
