Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at ALDI. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality products. With thorough training and safety protocols in place, you will have the skills needed to excel in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed in this role at ALDI.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, bending, and movement of merchandise.
• Operation of powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
