1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Schedules

Various schedules are available, such as A1, A2, B, C, and D, with different days off and rotations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Strategically load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow ergonomic and equipment operation procedures.

Job Qualifications

Applicants must be 18 years or older and demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies such as conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.

Physical Requirements

This position involves lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, bending, standing, and using industrial equipment.
