1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse team works in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, supported by comprehensive training programs that prioritize safety and skill development.

Position Type

Part-Time (< 30 hours/week)

Starting Wage

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical warehouse tasks.
