1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Independently make decisions within designated responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and working in a team environment.

Education and Physical Requirements

High School Diploma preferred. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
