1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate and organize merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
