2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and relocating merchandise to fulfill orders efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and interacting effectively with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment and receipt.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
