2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. The role involves various schedules, ranging from working specific days to a rotating weekend schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic placement of merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and superiors.
• Offer insights to management for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
