2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through general cleaning.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in executing tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
