2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Every other weekend
• Schedule C: Alternating weekends
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Collaborates with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input on process improvements.
• Inspects product quality and safety.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
