Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop dining room staff.
- Ensure attractive plate presentation and service standards.
- Maintain organization and sanitation in restaurant and kitchen areas.
- Participate in resident and employee satisfaction programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of dining room management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality (or equivalent).
- Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and staff.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
