We are looking for a dedicated Medication Care Manager to join Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will provide the highest quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe manner while adhering to regulations and policies. This position offers a starting pay rate of $23+ per hour, depending on experience, for the 9:45PM-6:15AM shift. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with exemplary care and organization.
• Document medication administration accurately and ensure resident safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Contribute to risk management and uphold safety regulations.
• Participate in team training and engagement activities for overall success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; certifications as per state regulations.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Compassionate nature and ability to make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
