Job Description
We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide essential care to patients/residents, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality healthcare services and upholding compassion in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Ensure patients and their families receive compassionate and high-quality service.
- Maintain a caring and respectful environment that acknowledges individual patient/resident needs and rights.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, speaking) to respond to patients' medical and physical needs.
