Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring top-quality service delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in restaurant operations, including food preparation and maintaining Cicis standards.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, utilizing feedback to enhance operations and brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train team members to exceed guest expectations, maintain staffing levels, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Boost sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and efficient use of the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the restaurant to meet company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older, with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the capability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with computers.

Additional Information

• Bilingualism may be required in certain markets.
• Position is non-exempt and hourly.
