Job Description

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. In this role, you will be responsible for directing shift operations at our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. Your focus will be on product preparation, delivery, customer relations, and maintaining the highest quality products and services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence in all restaurant aspects, ensuring quality products and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, using feedback to enhance operations and build brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant team members, maintain staffing levels, and coach for improved performance.
• Drive sales through exceptional guest service, product training, and effective sales execution.
• Contribute to profit goals through efficient POS system use, cash management, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lead a team independently during shifts.
• Bilingual proficiency in certain markets is advantageous.
• Comfortable with technology, including phones and computers.
