Cicis Shift Leader

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate operational excellence by preparing quality products that meet Cicis standards and customer orders.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance operations and customer loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, maintain staffing levels, and ensure compliance with standards for appearance and performance.
• Drive sales through outstanding customer service, product training, and effective use of POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels, cash transactions, and uphold safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lead a team independently and perform all restaurant positions.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus in specific markets.
• Comfortable with technology including phones and computers.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check results.
