Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dedicated team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming and organized store environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties and maintain a clean and orderly store appearance.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Stock shelves, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
