Job Description
We are hiring an ambitious, energetic, and persistent Direct Sales Representative at Badger Daylighting Corp to help us expand our fast-growing business within a defined sales territory. As a key player in our sales cycle, you will develop a strategic sales approach to secure new business opportunities while prioritizing top-level account management.
Responsibilities
- Engage in business development activities in a field sales role.
- Grow business with a focus on business acquisition and account management.
- Develop a growth strategy emphasizing financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with potential clients and promote company services.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support.
- Build enduring relationships with new customers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
- Experience in customer support and account management.
- Ability to establish rapport with client prospects.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
Compensation: Competitive salary starting from $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, uncapped commissions, and a 6-month commission guarantee.
