Job Description

We are hiring an ambitious, energetic, and persistent Direct Sales Representative at Badger Daylighting Corp to help us expand our fast-growing business within a defined sales territory. As a key player in our sales cycle, you will develop a strategic sales approach to secure new business opportunities while prioritizing top-level account management.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in business development activities in a field sales role.
  • Grow business with a focus on business acquisition and account management.
  • Develop a growth strategy emphasizing financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange business meetings with potential clients and promote company services.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build enduring relationships with new customers.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
  • Experience in customer support and account management.
  • Ability to establish rapport with client prospects.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.

Compensation: Competitive salary starting from $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, uncapped commissions, and a 6-month commission guarantee.
