Responsibilities

• Implement research-based curriculum to plan engaging and educational lessons.
• Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports children's development.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure inclusive services for children with disabilities.
• Engage with families through home visits, education conferences, and volunteer opportunities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of early childhood care and education principles.
• Ability to teach and assess children from birth to age three.
• Adherence to Virginia licensing standards and program performance guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
