Shift Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm plus on-call time

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production line equipment according to safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and special projects as directed.
- Utilize Autodesk AutoCAD for measurements and drawings.
Requirements
- Associate degree in electromechanical technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and positive attitude.
Work Environment
- Physical stamina to work on a cement production floor, handle machinery, and lift up to 65 pounds.
