Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Badger Daylighting Corp. As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will drive business growth within a dedicated sales territory. Your role will involve developing and executing a strategic sales approach to secure new business while providing exceptional account management services.
Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive business development activities in a field sales capacity.
- Focus on expanding Badger's market presence through new business acquisition and client relationship management.
- Create and implement growth strategies to enhance financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential customers.
- Promote our company's services by aligning them with client needs and goals.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
- Offer reliable post-sales support and feedback to clients.
- Establish lasting relationships with new clients to foster repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and account management.
- Ability to establish rapport with prospective clients effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year + uncapped commissions and 6-month guarantee.
