Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Badger Daylighting Corp. As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), you will drive business growth within a dedicated sales territory. Your role will involve developing and executing a strategic sales approach to secure new business while providing exceptional account management services.

Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive business development activities in a field sales capacity.
• Focus on expanding Badger's market presence through new business acquisition and client relationship management.
• Create and implement growth strategies to enhance financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Schedule and conduct business meetings with potential customers.
• Promote our company's services by aligning them with client needs and goals.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
• Offer reliable post-sales support and feedback to clients.
• Establish lasting relationships with new clients to foster repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development role.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer support and account management.
• Ability to establish rapport with prospective clients effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year + uncapped commissions and 6-month guarantee.
