We are looking for an enthusiastic FSQR Technician to join our team at Cargill's protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As an FSQR Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. Job Details

• Job Type: Full Time
• Shift: 2nd
• Compensation: $25.75/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring duties to ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications.
• Correlate with production for out-of-spec parameters.
• Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports when needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with hand tools and lift 20 lbs.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office package.
• Experience in manufacturing or high-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience.
• Previous Cargill experience is a plus.
