Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of a global team dedicated to safe and sustainable practices, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including Annual PM's.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Follow safety protocols and help develop best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Availability to work a 4-day work week with 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred.
