Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize errors
- Follow company policies and maintain document security
- Perform additional assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of maintaining store cleanliness to company standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
