Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to oversee store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement and communicate company values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing needs and scheduling.
• Ensure store signage, product quality, and freshness are maintained.
• Conduct employee training and development.
• Handle customer concerns and provide resolutions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
