Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Per Diem LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive outcomes for our patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
