Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. Availability for early shifts and weekend rotations is required.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
