Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary setting, including resident evaluation, care planning, direct patient care, and monitoring. You will be responsible for problem-solving, bedside nursing, medication administration, and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and develop care plans
• Provide direct patient care
• Monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff
• Implement problem-solving strategies
• Administer medications and treatments

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current State Board of Nursing license
• CPR Certification is mandatory
