Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Lebanon Center team. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient well-being.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification (if required).
