We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Crestwood. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide efficient nursing care to patients/residents, administer medications, contribute to care planning, and supervise unlicensed staff. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician's orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
