Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Pheasant Wood team. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance. LPNs will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Hold current BLS/CPR certification.
