Job Description
Genesis Health, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Easton Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
