Job Description
Join Pheasant Wood as a full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be a part of a dynamic team that offers new wages, shift differentials, and exceptional benefits. With our Modified Compensation Program, you could receive an additional 25% on top of your base pay. As an LPN at Pheasant Wood, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
