Job Description

TPC Network is seeking a Line Cook for the temporary position at TPC Louisiana, home of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. The Line Cook will be responsible for basic food preparation, portion control, sanitation, and equipment maintenance to meet established standards. Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality food production standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of foods following guidelines provided by the culinary team.
  • Adhere to safety and health regulations related to food service sanitation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience or culinary training.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities including close vision and color vision are necessary.
