LPN **Tuition Assistance**
Genesis Health is currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for ALL SHIFTS to join the team at Pheasant Wood. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package, including Tuition Assistance and Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
