Job Description

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive outcomes for our patients and residents.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
